HSCS Return and Refund Policy

At HSCS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all UK orders.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be in unused-condition, including packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Returns must be sent using a tracked and signed postal service to the address below.

Please retain proof of postage for all returns.

HSCS reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, out of the return timeframe or alteration.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

However, once delivered, they can be returned under the same 14-day return policy.

Pre-order items must meet the same return conditions as regular items.

Pre-Order Policy

The pre-order option allows customers to reserve and guarantee limited-edition watches ahead of their release. Here are the details:

Pre-orders can be placed until the launch date or until stock is fully reserved.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped 1-2 business days after the official release date using Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Service.

Customers will receive a confirmation email upon placing the pre-order and another email with tracking information once the item has been dispatched.

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. Refunds or cancellations may not be available for pre-orders once placed.
