HSCS Shipping Policy

At HSCS, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy for your convenience:

The pre-order option allows customers to reserve and guarantee limited-edition watches ahead of their release. Here are the details:

  • Reservation Period: Pre-orders can be placed until the launch date or until stock is fully reserved.

  • Dispatch and Delivery: Pre-ordered items will be shipped 1-2 business days after the official release date using Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Service.

  • Notification: Customers will receive a confirmation email upon placing the pre-order and another email with tracking information once the item has been dispatched.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. Refunds or cancellations may not be available for pre-orders once placed.

  • We charge a £60 restocking fees, on items returned or cancelled as these are specially acquired upon order. 

Standard Delivery

  • All standard orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, offering reliable and trackable service.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, but most standard orders arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery

  • Express delivery orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • These orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Service, ensuring next-day delivery after dispatch.

Additional Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as HSCS is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • While rare, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier disruptions) may impact delivery times.

  • Import Duties & Refusal Policy


    All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    If you refuse to pay these fees and the shipment is returned to us, no refund of any kind will be issued.
