HSCS Return and Refund Policy

At HSCS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 14-day return window for all UK and EU orders.


Return Eligibility

  • UK & EU Customers:
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
    Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

  • item must show no signs of wear or damage. 

  • You may handle or inspect the goods to the extent necessary, as you would in a physical shop, but HSCS reserves the right to refuse return if the item is returned with excessive wear or damage.

  • Non-UK/EU (International) Customers:
    All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the UK and EU unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


How to Start a Return (UK & EU Orders)

Please use a tracked and signed-for postal service and retain proof of postage. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may not be cancelled however, Once delivered, they are subject to the same 14-day return policy as regular orders. All return conditions apply.


Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives faulty or defective:

  • UK & EU Customers:
    You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under consumer law. We will cover return shipping for confirmed faults.

  • Non-UK/EU Customers:
    If the item is faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and refund return shipping if a fault is confirmed.
